BLR Survey: Most Employers Provide Some Type of Individual Performance Pay

When asked about performance pay for groups or teams, however, most companies reported that group performance pay is provided to professional employees, exempt staff and nonexempt employees, but not to executives or middle management.

The current survey, which garnered 560 responses, was conducted by BLR's HR Daily Advisor in April, 2011.
