Employee perks are nothing new. Great company perks can even be the deciding factor for a lot of candidates when choosing a place to work. Some workplace perks are fairly common, like a casual dress code, but there are other perks that really go above and beyond standard offerings. However, are those outrageous perks really that appealing to employees? Do they tend to result in greater employee retention?

Column Five recently teamed up with Jobvite to create an infographic that depicts what employees are looking for in their benefits package. From complimentary coffee to tuition reimbursement, companies are offering all types of perks to attract and retain top talent.
