As mentioned in an earlier article, New Hampshire recently modified several sections of its Protective Legislation (RSA 275), effective January 1, 2015. In conjunction with those changes, the state has released a new Equal Pay Notice. This is a completely new notice describing the prohibition against paying employees differently based solely on sex.

The new poster is available at HRHero.com and should be posted with New Hampshire employers' employment-related posters (in a “conspicuous place”) by January 1, 2015.
