The Top 5 Most ‘In Demand’ Jobs
Realmatch.com, a jobsite that connects employers with job seekers, has identified the current top 5 most “in demand” jobs.

1.) Sales/Business Development – Sales and business development functions are the number one most in demand job, and earning $100,000 in the industry is not uncommon according to Realmatch.com: “In any economy, businesses will spend money to cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers as well as create partnerships to cut costs or expand distribution.”

2.) Teaching/Education jobs – Realmatch.com says educators for students at all levels—Kindergarten through college—are in very high demand. Arizona, Florida, Maryland and Texas, are among the states most “in demand” for teachers, and the average salary in the industry is around $58,500.

3.) Software programmers – These professionals generally write, modify, and debug software for applications and Web services and have expertise in specific languages like Java, SQL or C++, according to Realmatch.com and have an average salary around $73,200.

4.) Nurse/Home health Aides – Registered nurses and Home Health Aides “constitute the largest group in the healthcare category with nearly 2.8 million jobs” according to Realmatch.com and the average salary for these positions is around $52,660.

5.) Management/Executive – Managers and executives typically “posses at least 10 or more years of specific industry experience” explains Realmatch.com. Roles and functions vary widely for this group, and their average salary is about $107,330.
