Time Frames for Paying Garnishments within Your Organization

  1. The total amount due on the notice has been satisfied
  2. Employer receives a higher priority Earnings Withholding Order
  3. Employer receives written instructions from the agency at issue advising that the order is withdrawn
  4. The amount of the disposable earnings are below the minimum amounts subject to garnishment
